What we collect
When you book or enquire we collect the details needed to host you: your name, email, phone number, stay dates, guest numbers and any requests you share with us. Booking-platform reservations arrive with the details that platform provides.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and is never seen or stored by us.
How we use your details
Only to run your stay: booking confirmations, pre-arrival information, and messages about your visit. We don't send marketing without your consent, and we never sell or share your details with anyone except the services that operate our bookings (Stripe for payments, our channel manager, and the platform you booked through).
Storage & retention
Booking records are kept securely for our business and tax records. You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time.
